These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the conditions for using the website (“Site”) operated by SoA Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you (“User”) agree to these Terms. This English version is provided for convenience; the Japanese version prevails.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all relations between us and the User regarding use of the Site. Any individual notices we post on the Site form part of these Terms.
2. Intellectual property
Copyright, trademark and all other intellectual property rights in the text, photographs, images, videos, logos, designs and other content on the Site belong to us or to their rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, repost, modify, distribute, transmit or otherwise use them without prior written permission from the rights holder.
3. Prohibited acts
Users must not engage in any of the following when using the Site.

4. Suspension of the Site
We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Site without prior notice in the event of system maintenance, failure, natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances. We accept no liability for damage caused to Users or third parties as a result.

We may change these Terms without notice to Users when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute between us and a User regarding the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
